Hydrangea paniculata Phantom

Height: 0,8–1 m

Panicle hydrangea Phantom is a deciduous shrub that grows to a height of about 1.8-3 m, with a moderately dense system of long, strong shoots. Its foliage consists of medium green, oval leaves that are slightly rough to the touch and deeply veined, turning yellowish or crimson in autumn. Its large, 25-30 cm, conical, mostly sterile flowers bloom abundantly from June to September. Their color is at first creamy white, then pale green, and finally pastel and dark pink. It prefers a sunny or partially shaded spot and well-structured, neutral to slightly acidic soil. Its water needs are moderate. During major drought and heat, watering is advisable. It can be planted as a standalone plant or combined with other perennials. A striking garden ornament.
